GREEN MANURE/ FIELD SEED Green manure plants are an important prerequisite in landscaping and horticulture for the upkeep of the health of the soil. The leaf and root systems ensure a valuable improvement of the soil structure. The ground is protected from erosion - in heavy downpours and the washing out of nutrients from the soil prevented. Weeds and uncontrolled growth are suppressed. As well as for the long-term health of the soil, green manure is also used for the re-cultivation of fallow land.
